Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will lead the daily operations of the sales floor, develop and execute a retail operations plan, and ensure customer service and financial management goals are met. The role involves people leadership, store operations, customer service, financial management, and training and development of team members.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- One-year work experience in Retail Management required
- One-year customer service experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently
