Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager leads daily operations, including people leadership, store operations, customer service, financial management, inventory control, and training. Key responsibilities include developing a retail operations plan, monitoring product levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• One-year work experience in Retail Management required
• One-year customer service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
