Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. The position requires people leadership, store operations, customer service, financial management, inventory control, and training and development of store Team Members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• One-year work experience in Retail Management
• One-year customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
