Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager leads the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. They are responsible for people leadership, store operations, customer service, financial management, inventory control, donation processing, and training and development of store Team Members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• One-year work experience in Retail Management required
• One-year customer service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
