The Assistant Store Manager will lead the daily operations of the sales floor at a Retail Store location for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona and assist with leading production room as appropriate. They will be responsible for people leadership, store operations, customer service, financial management, inventory control, donation processing, and training and development of store Team Members.
