Customer Service Manager

Responsible for overseeing and leading the sales floor and achieving set sales goals for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. Directs daily operations, leads teams, and drives business growth. Ensures excellent customer service and maintains a clean and well-kept store environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• One-year work experience in Retail Management, preferred
• One-year customer service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
