Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Services, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in workforce development, career coaching, job placement, or related services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/case management systems
- Valid California Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
