Job Description
The Youth Program Specialist will facilitate career exploration and work readiness training for high school students enrolled in the HIRE Me Program. This position will demonstrate strong leadership skills and provide strategic direction and quality control for in-school activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Teaching, Social Work, Communications, or related field
- Experience working with youth and/or young adults, low-income and at-risk youth, and/or experience with foster care and/or adjudicated youth
