Job Description
The Youth Program Specialist provides career exploration, job search, placement and retention program services to adjudicated or at-risk youth. Responsibilities include assessing participants, developing and documenting goals, and monitoring progress. This is a community-based position requiring local travel and some evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in working with low-income, at-risk, and/or adjudicated youth/young adults
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH clearances
