Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years operational experience in an Assistant General Manager or Supervisory capacity
- At least 1 to 2 years of team member supervision experience
- Leadership skills and business acumen
- Advanced communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Coaching, Development and Leadership Skills
- Conflict management skills
- Ability to be cross-trained for all retail positions
- Customer Service focus
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver’s License
- Personal vehicle
