Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday; MarketPay experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Advanced expertise with excel, including vlookups, creating charts and graphics, macros, modeling worksheets, pivot tables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret and manage complex data.
- Highly organized with effective interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including strong skills in spreadsheet applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours as business needs require.
