Job Description
The Manager, Music Publishing Business Development will lead internal and external workstreams to align YouTube's music publishing partnerships with product innovation roadmap, building relationships with music publishing partners and negotiating licensing and partnership agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- MBA or JD degree.
- Experience negotiating licensing deals for digital music services or other emerging technologies.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $141,000-$204,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
