Job Description
Gorgias is building a platform that makes conversations the #1 way to shop, and is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help shape decision-making into a competitive advantage across the company. The successful candidate will build and own the data science discipline within the Decision Intelligence team, working closely with stakeholders to deliver outcomes through modeling, experimentation, and recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or a related quantitative field
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Deep experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, segmentation, and experimentation design
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience partnering with engineering teams to productionalize models (MLOps, model monitoring, CI/CD for ML)
