Gorilla is seeking a Senior Algorithm Engineer to join their Calculation Algorithms Team, focusing on building data solutions for the energy industry. This role involves designing, optimizing, and scaling algorithms for forecasting, pricing, and optimization, bridging the gap between market expertise and engineering needs. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership and collaboration with various teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying algorithms or data models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with the data engineering stack.
- Experience designing, building, maintaining, and evolving microservice architectures and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with SaaS or software product environments and experience in energy/energy-motivated individuals.
