Job Description
Gotion Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across the sales organization. This role will act as the operational backbone for the sales team, building processes, analyzing data, managing tools, and enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions. Requirements
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes.
- Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline management.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement resources (playbooks, dashboards).
- Build and maintain sales performance dashboards and reporting tools.
- Track key metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Own and administer CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Evaluate, implement, and manage additional sales tools.
