Area Sales Manager (Palembang)

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team to drive business revenue growth within their designated area, cultivating relationships with key merchants, and ensuring seamless execution within the area.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales
• At least 5 years in a mid-to-senior management role
• Strong network and knowledge about the cities in the area
• Strong business sense and understanding of the markets, customers, and competitors
• Excellence in bridging, developing, and maintaining good relationships with key partners
• Strong written & communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a big team, as well as strong in people development and mentoring/coaching
• Fact-based/number-oriented individual, who is comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
