As a Senior People Business Partner, you would be working on regional People strategies, implementing geo-specific initiatives, and overseeing employee relations matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (HR specialization preferred) OR equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR / People Business Partner experience.
- Strong knowledge of Irish and UK and employment law.
- Experience partnering with commercial or Sales functions is preferred.
