Corporate Paralegal

Assist with M&A, financing, and private equity transactions, conduct lien searches, prepare and file UCCs and SEC forms, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal
• Working knowledge of corporate formalities and entity management across jurisdictions
• Strong legal drafting skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
