Corporate Paralegal

Assist with M&A and financing transactions, private equity transactions, UCC searches, entity formations, and SEC filings. Perform various duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal
• Working knowledge of corporate formalities and entity management across jurisdictions
• Strong legal drafting skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
