Job Description
The Corporate Paralegal will assist in the preparation and filing of corporate and organizational documents, perform research, and coordinate due diligence and disclosure schedules for mergers and acquisitions. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and document management software
- Experience with M&A and commercial finance transactions, regulatory filings, and compliance matters
