Corporate Paralegal

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to assist with day-to-day corporate requirements, based in New York, New York. The paralegal will focus on corporate governance matters and the maintenance of corporate records, including contracts and corporate documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience working as a Corporate Paralegal in a large law firm or in-house
• Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, thorough follow-up and strong administrative and problem-solving skills
