Job Description
NRG is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to assist in managing the corporate structure of a large publicly held company with approximately 300+ subsidiaries.
Requirements
- Preparation and filing of corporate documents
- Conduct legal research to support corporate transactions and compliance matters
- Draft and review various legal documents
- Maintain and organize corporate records
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions
- Prepare and file various regulatory documents
- Coordinate and manage corporate governance matters
- Maintain corporate entity database and prepare reports
- Familiarity with public company legal requirements
- Communication with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders
