Job Description
GovWell is hiring a Deployment Operations Manager to execute customer implementations and ensure new customers successfully launch and adopt GovWellâs platform.
Requirements
- 0â3+ years in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments such as startups, operations roles, or consulting
- Highly detail-oriented and execution-focused, able to turn ambiguous problems into structured solutions
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving instincts and a bias toward action
- Comfortable working directly with customers and navigating real-world complexity
- High agency and work ethic, motivated to move quickly and get things done
- Excited by GovWellâs mission and driven to improve how governments serve their communities
