GovWell is hiring a Senior Recruiter to help us scale our team across business and technical functions. This role will own hiring for our go-to-market and business teams end-to-end, while also supporting technical hiring as needed.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in-house or in an embedded agency model
- Strong full-cycle recruiter with experience owning searches from kickoff through close
- Proven ability to hire for business roles such as business development, sales / GTM, marketing, customer success, operations, etc.
- Comfortable stepping into technical roles, able to learn requirements quickly and run effective processes with hiring managers
- Strong sourcer with experience building outbound pipelines and engaging passive candidates, experience with agents is a plus
- Clear communicator who can set expectations, push for alignment, and keep processes moving without friction
- Highly organized and execution-focused, able to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
