Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our Housing Development and Regeneration team within the Real Estate Group as a Personal Assistant. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting fee earners by delivering high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance that enables seamless legal service delivery to clients.
Requirements
- Strong IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools
- Confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to handle routine client queries independently when fee earners are unavailable
- Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Flexible, proactive, and dependable, with a practical approach to managing tasks
