Job Description
We are looking for a qualified solicitor with Restructuring and Insolvency experience to join our specialist non-contentious Restructuring and Insolvency team. The candidate will advise various stakeholders on all types of debt restructuring and enforcement, including contingency planning and security related issues.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with Restructuring and Insolvency experience
- Experienced in acting for creditors, lenders, insolvency practitioners, and companies on the full range of insolvency, rescue, and restructuring matters
- Good technical knowledge of insolvency, including current legal principles and technical knowledge in recovery/restructuring, security issues, and insolvency processes
