Job Description
Assistant Operations Manager responsible for managing and coordinating all trades and contractors to support the overall physical operational performance of assets and customer experience. Coordinates contractors, consultants, fit-outs, and maintenance works to ensure efficient delivery of property services and high standards of presentation and tenant satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3-4 years' relevant operational asset experience
- Trade or engineering qualifications in electrical or mechanical disciplines desirable
- Sound understanding of Building Codes, Australian Standards, OHS/WHS legislation, and essential services and statutory requirements
- Proven capability in risk management, contracts, and contractor management
