Job Description
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for land acquisition, managing all right-of-way processes, and ensuring timely securing of permits, land easements, and legal clearances for power transmission projects.
Requirements
- Lead the negotiation and acquisition of land rights, easements, and access agreements with property owners
- Ensure ROW agreements comply with legal & regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with environmental, legal, and engineering teams to ensure on compliance
- Manage and foster strong relationships with local government agencies & stakeholders
