Manager

Manage land-related activities for successful project execution in the PT&D business, including land acquisition, RoW clearances, due diligence, and compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Identify and acquire land parcels required for projects
• Lead negotiations with landowners, local authorities, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with site teams and operations to address and resolve RoW and land acquisition challenges
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports
• Prioritize risks related to land acquisition and RoW clearance
• Develop and implement risk management strategies
• Monitor and evaluate ongoing risks
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government bodies, and contractors
• Represent the organization in discussions with local governments, Panchayats, and other authorities
