Job Description
The Senior Manager is responsible for monitoring and overseeing budgeting & billing related activities at the project site, supporting the Project Head and Director – Operations, and acting as an escalation point for resolving budgeting & billing related concerns. They analyze deviations from the finalized budget, prepare certificate of payment, and support the VP – Operations and the B&B team at Offices.
Requirements
- Graduate in engineering, preferably Post Graduation in equivalent specialized stream.
- Min 8 yrs. in Planning & Billing function in construction projects of INR 500 cr+ value.
