Senior Manager

The Senior Manager drives the detailed budgeting of a cluster of 4-6 projects and oversees billing related activities. They review quantity calculations, validate client and sub-contractor bills, and ensure contractual compliances. The role involves budgeting, billing, and collection processes, as well as adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate in engineering, preferably Post Graduation in equivalent specialized stream
• Min 10 yrs. in Planning & Billing function in construction projects of INR 500 cr+ value
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and lead teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
