Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, and we're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our TechOps Development Team. As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for architecting, crafting, and maintaining innovative internal tooling systems that elevate the core of our business operations. You'll work with advanced AI and machine learning technologies to enhance driver partner experiences and optimize marketplace efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in computer science
• Expertise in LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph
• Proficient in backend languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java)
• 5+ years of cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Next.js)
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
