Job Description
Grab is a leading superapp in Southeast Asia, and we are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our Backend team in HCMC, Vietnam. The successful candidate will work on developing robust backend services, leading technical discussions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5+ years of experience in software engineering in a distributed systems environment
- Experience with shipping products to production as the engineering owner
- Experience with running production services, overseeing service observability, and incident resolution
- Proficiency in Golang and RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks
