Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in a human resource business partnering in technology, fintech, or high-growth organisations
- HRIS systems and People analytics tools experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations across the markets where we operate
- Structured analytical skills
