Job Description
Grab is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Tech Financial Operations & Automation to own operational outcomes, build systems and automations, and drive vendor contract negotiations. The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years of experience in BizOps, Strategy, Tech Operations, FP&A, or Consulting with hands-on operational ownership and AI builder skills.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in BizOps, Strategy, Tech Operations, FP&A, or Consulting, with hands-on operational ownership (not advisory-only)
- Demonstrable AI builder skills: scripting, prompt engineering, agentic workflow design, automation tooling (no-code/low-code or code)
- Familiarity with procurement processes (RFP, contract negotiation, vendor management) and internal budgeting cycles
- Financial fluency (budgeting, forecasting, modeling)
- Systems thinker who rebuilds the process as they run it - not someone who chooses between operating and building
- Comfortable with senior technical and finance stakeholders
