Job Description
As a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Grab, you will be a Strategic Talent Advisor to Tech and Business leaders, identifying talents with a 'Builder DNA' and managing the candidate lifecycle. You will report into the Head of People Operations in Vietnam and work onsite at Grab's office in HCMC. You will be responsible for market intelligence, talent identification, and advanced sourcing methodology, as well as leading regular insights with hiring managers and upholding high hiring discipline. You will leverage Generative AI for research and data analysis to enhance candidate ranking and streamline scheduling.
Requirements
- 7+ years of in-house recruiting experience for Technology or Corporate functions
- Expertise in structural mapping and identifying high-potential talent within complex global markets
- Ability to move from transactional delivery to a consultative partner
- Experience maintaining talent databases with precise taxonomy and skill-based tagging
- Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies
- Proven track record of using data to design targeted recruitment strategies
