Senior Specialist, Fleet Partner Insight and Operations

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to lead the fleet partner insight and operations team in Vietnam. The role involves driving end-to-end readiness, launch, and ongoing performance of fleet partner programs, working across various departments to ensure partner needs and driver income outcomes are met.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in GTM/operations/partnerships/program management
• Demonstrated success launching cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
