Grab is seeking a Senior Specialist, Engagement, Communications & Learning to translate people strategy into scalable L&D, engagement, and internal-communications programmes.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience delivering end-to-end learning, engagement, or internal-communications programmes.
- Program management skills: planning, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-time delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with PopsBPs, business leaders, and external vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, targeted internal messaging.
- Operational rigour: budget tracking, vendor invoicing, compliance (e.g., HRDC/training grants) and audit-ready documentation.
- Data-driven mindset: use participation metrics, feedback, and evaluation to measure impact and improve programmes.
