Job Description
Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp. The Trust Engineering team is dedicated to ensuring the safety, integrity, and reliability of Grab's platform. The Software Engineer, Backend - Trust role will design scalable systems, collaborate across functions, and drive impactful changes in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Design and develop a robust, efficient, and scalable trust backend platform and tools to handle high traffic loads.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand and brainstorm goals, ensuring the development of user-friendly platforms that meet customer needs.
- Drive project goals, system architecture, and design decisions to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of backend services.
- Mentor engineers across several experience levels, promoting a cohesive team culture and technical growth.
- Work with trust and risk specialists, domain experts, and data engineers to integrate solutions into the backend systems.
- Partner with regional Trust teams to implement strategies and tools that safeguard users and enhance platform integrity across entire south east asia.
