Job Description
We are seeking a Specialist, People Experience to join our People Experience team in Grab's Philippines office. The successful candidate will help operationalize HR processes, scale them, and ensure the employee experience remains at the forefront. Reporting to the Manager, People Experience, you will manage day-to-day operations and act as the face of Pops (People Operations), known for your passion in out-serving employees and managers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of in-house HR operations experience
- Familiarity in Philippines labour regulations and statutory processes (SSS, Pag Ibig, Philhealth, BIR regulatory submissions)
- Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and improve processes
- Proven ability to execute with a customer-centric mindset and navigate ambiguity effectively
- Experience in process excellence (e.g. six sigma) and change management
- Ability to multitask, manage projects independently, and deliver engaging presentations
- Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas
