Job Description
Grace Community Care of NJ is seeking (2) 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for Day and Weekends. DSPs will provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in community and/or personal settings. The role involves client observation, documentation, collaboration with a team, and utilizing first aid skills. CPR certification and reliable transportation are required.
Requirements
- 1:1 Client Delivery (Community/Home)
- Experience with Developmental Disabilities Clients
- Driver's License and reliable transportation
- CPR Training & Certification in Last 2 Years
- Access to Wi-Fi/Internet/Tablet or Computer
- Proficient in note-writing and time recording
- Team player mentality, professionalism, and punctuality
