Direct Support Professional

Grace Community Care of NJ is seeking (2) 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a one-on-one position requiring clients to be transported to various community engagement outings, including transportation of clients to locations. The role involves observation, documentation, collaboration with families, and utilizing first aid skills.

Requirements

• 2:1 1:1 DSP position
• Availability for various shifts (Monday-Friday, Weekends, Saturdays/Sundays)
• CPR Certification (Last 2 years)
• Access to Wi-Fi/internet/Tablet or Computer
• Proficient in note-writing and time recording
• Ability to pass Employment and Background checks
