Direct Support Professional

Grace Community Care of NJ is hiring 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for Day Shift (9am-3pm) and Weekends. The role involves providing direct support to individuals with Developmental Disabilities in their home or community, including personal care, assisting with ADLs, and collaborating with a team. It's a 1:1 shift with opportunities for a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in Direct support
• CPR Training and Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Must have Wi-Fi/internet/Tablet/Computer access
• Proficiency in note-writing and time recording
• Team player mentality, professionalism and punctuality
