Direct Support Professional

Grace Community Care of NJ is hiring two 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for weekday and weekend shifts, one for a 9am-3pm shift and one for a 4pm-8pm shift or weekends. They focus on providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings or personal homes, maintaining a safe and positive environment. Responsibilities include observing behavior, implementing care plans, and utilizing first aid skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in related field preferred)
• CPR Training and Certification
• Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Wi-Fi/Internet/Tablet or Computer access
• Proficient in note-writing and time recording
