Direct Support Professional

Grace Community Care of NJ is seeking 2 Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide 1:1 client support to individuals with Developmental Disabilities. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, documenting progress, and collaborating with teams. Candidates should have a strong understanding of client care needs, and experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in Direct support
• CPR Training
• Access to Wi-Fi/internet/Tablet
• Proficiency in note-writing and time recording
• Team player mentality
• Professionalism
• Punctuality
• Ability to pass Employment and Background checks
