Job Description
We are seeking a Housing Case Manager/ Specialist to provide housing support services to individuals in the Bronx. This is a community-based, field-focused role with regular in-person engagement throughout the Bronx.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public health, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, housing navigation, or social services
- Experience working with vulnerable populations preferred
- Knowledge of affordable and supportive housing systems is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
