Job Description
Grace Community Care & Homes is seeking a dedicated and organized Housing Specialist to provide housing support services to individuals in the Bronx, assisting with housing navigation, tenancy support, and client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public health, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, housing navigation, or social services
- Knowledge of affordable and supportive housing systems is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a 30-45 client caseload in a field-based environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Bronx for client visits and housing meetings
