Mental Health Therapist- LSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC

Grace Community Care is seeking licensed clinicians to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to adults and families in outpatient and community-based settings. Clinicians will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapy, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with NJ Medicaid and managed care standards. This is a fee-for-service (per-session) W2 position with a compensation range of $60–$65 per completed 45–60 minute session.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related clinical field
• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, LAC, LSW
• Active Type 1 NPI number
• NJ Medicaid enrollment (or willingness to enroll)
• CAQH profile (or willingness to complete)
• Professional liability insurance (required for 1099 contractors)
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and clinical documentation standards
