Physician - Family Medicine

Diagnoses and treats a variety of diseases and injuries in general practice by performing various duties, including eliciting and recording patient information, examining patients, ordering and executing tests, and administering treatments. Provides prenatal care, makes house calls, and conducts physical examinations. Oversees mid-level providers and represents the organization at events.

Requirements

• Must have a medical license or be license-eligible in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• Typically, this includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited university and documented clinical rotations, residencies, fellowships, etc. Completed residency is strongly preferred.
• Must be licensed as a Medical Doctor in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and hold a class 2-5 certification with the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
