Executive Director - Senior Living

The Magnolia at Oxford Commons is searching for a dynamic Executive Director to lead the community in making a difference in the lives of seniors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional living experiences and have excellent leadership and management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent and five years of relevant senior living community management experience or comparable post-high school education
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Excellent computer skills including: Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, internet based and property management programs
• Exceptional grammatical and writing skills, proficient with email process and etiquette
• Ability to comprehend and apply regulations, employment and labor laws, local, state, and federal standards and requirements
